Welcome to Naicomm Online. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products, services, and physical store located at Kimathi House, Upper Ground Floor, Shop 9, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD. By making a purchase or interacting with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Authenticity Guarantee
Naicomm Online specializes in mobile phones and accessories from popular brands including iPhone, Samsung, Tecno, Infinix, Nokia, Oppo, Realme, Itel, and others.
2.1 100% Genuine Products
We guarantee that all devices and accessories sold at our Kimathi House store are 100% authentic and sourced from official distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished units marketed as new, or grey-market imports without proper warranty coverage.
Authenticity Promise: If any product purchased from Naicomm Online is proven to be non-genuine, we will provide a full refund plus 20% compensation to the customer.
2.2 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock records at our physical store, we recommend calling ahead on 0740 247199 to confirm availability before visiting.
2.3 Pricing
Prices are clearly displayed at our store and, where applicable, on our communication channels. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, though confirmed purchases will be honored at the agreed price.
3. Warranty Policy
All devices purchased from Naicomm Online come with manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., clearance items). Our warranty terms are as follows:

Warranty Exclusions: Physical damage (cracked screens, liquid damage), unauthorized repairs, normal battery wear and tear, lost or stolen devices, and accessories with cosmetic wear.
To make a warranty claim, visit our store at Kimathi House, Shop 9 with the original receipt and device in its current condition.
4. Sales, Returns & Refunds
4.1 Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a device has been unboxed and activated. However, if you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase and the device is in sealed, unopened condition with the original receipt, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.
4.2 Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective out of the box (DOA — Dead on Arrival), please notify us within 48 hours of purchase. We will replace the unit immediately if stock is available, or process a full refund.
4.3 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card). M-Pesa refunds are typically instant.
Store Credit: At our discretion, we may offer store credit which never expires and can be used toward any future purchase at our Kimathi House location.
5. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods at our physical store:

- Visa / Mastercard: Via our POS terminal
- Cash: Kenyan Shillings only
- Bank Transfer: For large purchases (prior arrangement required)
Full payment is required before any device is unboxed or handed over. Layaway and deposit arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis — please speak with our store manager.
6. Store Visit & In-Person Policies
6.1 Operating Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
We are closed on public holidays. Special arrangements can be made for bulk buyers — please call in advance.
6.2 Device Testing
Customers are welcome to inspect and test display units before purchase. Once a sealed device is opened and activated, it cannot be resold as new. Please be certain before unboxing.
6.3 Safety & Conduct
Our store is monitored by CCTV for security purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone behaving abusively, dishonestly, or threateningly toward our staff or other customers.
7. Accessories & Spare Parts
We stock a wide range of genuine and high-quality third-party accessories including:
- Original chargers and cables (iPhone, Samsung, Tecno, Infinix, etc.)
- Power banks and portable chargers
- Screen protectors (tempered glass, privacy, anti-glare)
- Protective cases and covers
- Smartwatches and fitness bands
- Memory cards and USB drives
- Audio: AirPods, wireless earbuds, headphones
Accessory warranties vary by product — please confirm at the time of purchase. Some accessories (e.g., screen protectors once applied) are non-returnable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Naicomm Online shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damage to devices caused by third-party repairs, unauthorized modifications, or customer misuse
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, specifically the Magistrates’ Court or High Court in Nairobi.
We encourage you to contact us directly before pursuing legal action — we’re reasonable people and genuinely want to resolve any issues fairly.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at our store or upon request. Your continued patronage constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
